The Villa Maria cross country team won the B Division (small schools) in the Red, White and Blue Classic today at Schenley Park.
The Victors were coming off a season-opening win in the McDowell Invitational.
Freshman Bernadette Prichard claimed her second individual in as many meets by finishing in 18 minutes, 51 seconds. Villa won again despite not having premier runner Alison Carson. She is recovering from injury.
The Victors also received strong performances from Claire Brown (8th individually, 8:20), Olivia Messina (22nd, 21:10), Rebecca Easly (23rd, 21:13), Emily Abramczyk (24th, 21:15) and Catie Cacchione (28th, 21:27).
